On December 9, 2020, a video entitled "It's a HORRIBLE time in history to be Honest and Ethical. People love the LIE" was posted on YouTube. The video features testimony from Dr. Pierre Kory, who is, for example, related to an entity called the "Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance" and to the St. Luke's Aurora Medical Center. In the video, Dr. Pierre Kory talks about an anti-viral called "ivermectin", which has been around for some time, and talks about using it to defeat COVID-19. The talk was given at a hearing (entitled "Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of the EN SVVID-19 Solution") at the U.S. Senate (related to the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs) on December 8, 2020. In the spring of 2020, especially around April 2020, the Democrats and people in parts of the federal government (such as the FDA), were putting down using hydroxychloroquine, saying it was dangerous, but some doctors around the country did use it, such as on a state representative of Michigan and her husband, who thanked U.S. President Donald J. Trump for making hydroxychloroquine more known. Keep in mind--then--in the spring, hydroxychloroquine was a decades-old drug and was not dangerous (when used properly). By the way, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (a Democrat and a socialist and a feminist (a.k.a. for all of them "enslavist")) was putting down and not promoting the drug while pushing the idea that blacks were dying of COVID-19 because the medical community was racist against blacks, and some Democrats around the country were pushing the idea that U.S. President Donald J. Trump was promoting the drug because he had stock in the company making the drug. "Ivermectin" is a known drug, and medical people know how to use it and handle it. Hold it! On December 14, 2020, the first person in the United States of America, who was in Florida, received a vaccine shot for COVID-19; companies that had developed the drug delayed telling the world that their work was done till right after the election of November 3, 2020. In December 2020, once it looked as if Donald J. Trump was no longer going to be the U.S. president, the people of the American Medical Association were saying that hydroxychloroquine could be used.
On February 3, 2021, I learned that videos related to the U.S. Senate hearing about ivermectin of December 8, 2020, had been taken off of YouTube by the management of YouTube, and to learn more, see my document informally entitled The "Democrat Party" and "Democrats" Stand for Death, which can be reached through this Democrats and Death link. In addition, I say--Make sure not to miss the section that quotes a black man, who had been a worker on the Keystone XL oil pipeline, and the material from the man comes from a video entitled (on YouTube) "Black Keystone Pipeline Worker GOES OFF After Biden Fires Him and 10,000 Co-Workers" (which lasts about two minutes and was posted on YouTube on January 28, 2021), and if the video is not there when you go looking for it, you will see that it became a part of communistic censorship--by the Democrats and the supporters of the Democrats and the Democratic Party, which is a communistic political party like the Communist Party of China.
Yet Another Special Announcement
At about 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, January 21, 2021, I heard a news report on the radio news network for Fox News, and I was listening long distance to WABC-AM (New York City, New York), and the report was from CNN, and I say that I could tell the report was propaganda of the highest order or was "fake news." I then looked up the story on the Internet, and it was "Biden inheriting nonexistent coronavirus vaccine distribution plan and must start 'from scratch,' sources say" [Lee, MJ. "Biden inheriting nonexistent coronavirus vaccine distribution plan and must start 'from scratch,' sources say." cnn.com, 21 January 2021, 5:08 p.m. ET.]. By the way, there was a photograph of MJ Lee with the story, and it was a young Chinese-looking gal. The story pushed the idea that U.S. President Donald J. Trump had no vaccine-distribution system in place. However, the story noted the CDC said that about 16.5-million doses have been administered. How did the doses get administered--through magic? Let me prove the story was crap! In the story, the reporter did not name any source by name, and it is not as if any source would be punished by the Joseph Biden administration, which was now in power, for providing the reporter with information, and U.S. President Donald J. Trump could not get back at the people who were the sources. MJ Lee (certainly a supporter of the Democratic Party, which is a communistic political party) used "source" and "another source" to identify where she supposedly got information. Why did MJ Lee have to use "source" and "another source" in the story? It means to me that the sources were fake, given no one was uncovering anything that would put down Joseph Biden and, in fact, the fake news looked like something to make Joseph Biden look good in the future, as if he had done something. And you think a Democratic would not hurt and even kill you to purposely make the United States of America a communistic country!

Since I published the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, some really big fake news stories have been pushed out by the main media. The biggest is that U.S. President Donald J. Trump led an insurrection against the federal government on January 6, 2021, and that theme led to the killers in the U.S. House of Representatives performing a sham trial or monkey trial or witch-hunt trial or whatever--and it was not even a trial--so that they could impeach or lynch an innocent white man, and black killers were involved, and U.S. President Donald J. Trump had another "impeachment" label (of little value) put on his head. Another fake story showed up on my computer on the morning of January 16, 2021, and it was a story by Rolling Stone that was pushed out on Yahoo, and the story was written by Ray Bort, and the story was entitled "Trump Calls in Pillow Salesman to Discuss Possibility of Instituting Martial Law." It was a bullshit story! Why the hell would U.S. President Donald J. Trump call in Mike Lindell to discuss possible martial law? How the hell does Ryan Bort know what was talked about? Ryan Bort was not in the discussion room! Ryan Bort's story was fake news of the highest order, and, of course, one reason for it was to put down Mike Lindell. And Ryan Bort is a killer of minds, who gets to be in the main media!
And now take a look at only a small portion of the media today, through this edition of Television History and Trivia, which does have a few good things and even good "points" (at the end of squishy things).
It is getting very hard to see a woman in Michigan who is worth looking at, and the problem started in the 1960s with the rise of the modern "feminist movement," which inspired women to be like men and dress like men, and so many women today seem to be angry and unhappy by being not women and by being shaped like somewhat fat men. Yes, women gave up wearing dresses and skirts and walking like women or girls, and they let themselves go to pot (not a cooking pot), figuring they could hide under shirts and pants and suits and sweatshirts. And I do not see many worthwhile gals on television either (most look fake tough, unhappy, angry, bitchy....).
On Monday, January 4, 2021, a new version of The Bachelor showed up on ABC-TV, and I caught the opening credits, the ending credits, and the introduction of the gals to the bachelor, Matt James. Matt James is yet another mushy guy, who was raised by a single mother (since the father took off), and he seems to be into feelings and like crap. I would not want my daughter--if I had one--to get involved with Matt James, because he comes off as a useless guy (though involved in real estate), and he is into social things or social causes (which is probably why he was cast in the show) and is not into making things, such as by being a machinist or a builder or something like that. The program was opened with a kicker--a gal called Katie showed up carrying her favorite blue vibrator (which got mostly covered up with a black square-like thing by the producers). So, The Bachelor is about dating and mating, so I will talk about dating and mating in an adult manner. If I counted well, Matt James was introduced to 32 gals, and almost all came off as fluff or unpleasant. Katie was gal number 26, and she was kind of rounded cute. I might actually find it fun to put my hand up her legs and see if she would get sparkle in her eyes. Oops! I have to back up. Gal number 18 was Kaili, and she was a spunky little gal, who showed up wearing panties and a bra. Now, Kaili, who was rather thin and could use a little more boob, looked like someone--at least in the introduction segment--whom I would like to put my hand up her legs, because she might actually show joy on her face. All the other gals just seemed to be phony and to be working to win the game and be with a guy with a "bode" and nothing that a real man might have. As usual, most of the gals looked like models from magazines, having small breasts, which makes me think gays and lesbians make up the casting team for the show and know not what a real guy would want. Most of the gals looked like they would be a pain in the ass to be with on a continual basis, especially during a COVID-19 lockdown imposed by communistic governors, such as Gretchen Whitmer. As usual, too, most of the gals came from California, New York, Illinois, and other prominent socialistic states, and, in fact, two gals came from the dead city known as San Francisco, California. I have to talk about the series and about television in general. A bunch of states give tax breaks to companies that produce shows in their states. That is crap! One reason it is crap is that the public is paying for the making of crappy shows and paying for shows that have bloated above-the-line costs. Let me go back in time. The first version of The Bachelor showed up on ABC-TV on March 25, 2002, and the show had one executive producer (Mike Fleiss), two co-executive producers (Lisa Levenson and Kathy Wetherell), and one supervising producer (Sam Korkis). Look at some of the above-the-line stats for the new version of The Bachelor. Here are the executive producers--Mike Fleiss, Bennett Graebner, Peter Gust, Louis Caric, Martin Hilton, Nicole Woods, Tim Warner, and Peter Geist. Here are the co-executive producers--Jeff Thomas, Brock Carlson, Jayna Pellegrino, David Albrecht, Jodi Baskerville, Andrew Frank, Todd Snyder, and Debra Light. And here are the supervising producers--Deborah Read, Herbert Weatherford, Caitlin Stapleton, Megan Firestone, Julie Laplaca, Nikki Lazaran, Lindsay Liles, Megan Kropf, Colin Farquharson, Heather Adams, Chris Jones, Finlan Shea Johnson, Ricky Kreitman, Andre Bailey, and Mimi Freedman. And everybody gets paid! The only time I watch The Bachelor is for the historical notes that give me an idea of the production teams and the choices for marriage.
If Kaili is a good gal or any good--and that I wonder about since she is from Chicago--she should hope she gets out of the series quickly, after having been seen by some good guy around the country while she was on television, though a good guy will probably not watch the series to help her out.
And so goes dating and mating and the phony The Bachelor.Around Sunday, January 10, 2021, I was exposed to advertisements for another new series for CBS-TV, and it was another remake of an old series, and it seems Hollywood can only make remakes in this day and age. The remake is a redoing of a series called The Equalizer, which featured Edward Woodward playing a guy who helps people and takes down bad guys, and the series ran on CBS-TV from September 19, 1985, to August 24, 1989. The new series called The Equalizer has Queen Latifah playing the so-called hero. The advertisement or advertisements on television for the new series made me think the series is going to be more crap. The shown scenes were mostly about violence. I got the impression that the main character is just another black single mom, and, really, I got the impression that the so-called hero was nothing more than another angry single black mom from the gutter culture, who happens to be fat, too. The series looked like trash through the commercial! I can see why the character is another single mother. Skip this dark series!
A hard-line communist finally left the Republican Party recently, and the person is someone who has shown himself to be a communist for years, as I have shown in documents that I have on the Internet. On January 11, 2021, Colin Powell was a guest on the television program on CNN entitled Fareed Zakaria GPS, which is hosted by a man named Freed Zakaria. The interview can be seen in a video on YouTube called "Why Colin Powell says he no longer considers himself a Republican" (which runs five minutes and forty-five seconds). Colin Powell said--"...I can no longer call myself a fellow Republican. I'm not a fellow of anything, right now....". I remind people that Colin Powell voted for Barack Hussein Obama--a communist--to be the U.S. president twice, and I note that people who leave the Republican Party but support the Democratic Party push the crap that they are "independents" (but "independents" in the U.S. Congress, for example, vote with the Democrats almost always, as history shows). I report--What a man is and what a man calls himself can be two different things, and Colin Powell has been a supporter of socialism and communism for years. Also in the interview, Colin Powell said that Joe Biden will bring "a completely different rational" to the country, and I say that that "rational" is communistic thinking (the ways of enslavism), and Colin Powell pushed out the crap that we [the communists and socialists] have to "help them come back", and the "help them come back" means getting people who supported Donald J. Trump to change their minds, give up their ways of being individuals, and take up supporting communism--the evil political system.
Hey, let us look at the Morning Joe (a weekday morning series) of MSNBC, especially in relation to the episode of January 21, 2021. Hold it! I have an aside first. Communistic countries, such as Cuba and China, put people through "reeducation camps" and the like if the people do not follow the ways of the Communist Party and agree to be slaves to the government, but, of course, that is done if the people are not killed first. Now, I get back to the main action. On the episode of Morning Joe (which is normally hosted by Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski) during round-table-type talk, Eugene Robinson of (The Washington Post) was one of the guests, and Eugene Robinson is black, and Eugene Robinson said--"...Ah, Nikole, that story you just told is a familiar one. It, it's absolutely true. The difference between the white citizens' councils and the Klan back in the days of, of Jim Crow, and, ah, you know, Klan was lower income, white citizens councils were, ah, the Josh Hawleys and Ted Cruz's of their day. Uhm.. But. So, here's, here's the situation, though. We have. Uhm. There are millions of Americans--ah, ah, almost all white, almost all Republicans--who somehow need to be deprogrammed. There, it's, it's as if...they, they are members of a cult, the Trumpist cult, and, and they have to be deprogrammed. Do you have any idea how we...start that process, much less complete it?". I report that what you have in Eugene Robinson is a black communist, who has a hate on for whites, and the theme was about deprogramming whites and making them slaves of communism, which Eugene Robinson supports highly. Through the Morning Joe, viewers got exposed to the inner hopes of a black communist in the United States of America. [Note: I quoted Eugene Robinson as best I could. His delivery was terrible. He struggled to get his thoughts out.]
Well, yet another shit-ass remake came to television. On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, I found the new edition of TV Guide (January 18-31, 2021) in the mailbox, and on the cover was a photograph of Jared Padelecki as the new "Walker" for a series that is a remake of Walker, Texas Ranger. I brought the guide in to the house and mentioned to a friend that the new series will probably be another screw-up remake. On page 16 and 17 of the magazine, there was an article by Damian Holbrook entitled "Home on the Range". On the top of page 17, this was the material that I first saw--"...Now if only some of that good fortune could rub off on Cord. Before he's even at the town limits, the returning mess of a man is drinking and on the wrong side of the entire Walker clan. That includes the two teenage kids he abandoned, Stella and August (Violet Brinson and Kale Culley); his gay assistant DA brother, Liam (Pretty Little Liars' Keegan Allen), who stepped up in his absence; and his rancher parents, prickly Bonham and no-nonsense Abeline (The X-Files' Mitch Pileggi and Molly Hagan). In other words, this isn't the Walker you remember....". Yes, it is not the Walker, Texas Ranger that I remember. Here, we have yet another bunch of shitty people--producers and writers and actors--using an old hit series to push shit! Hey, shit-ass guys and gals in Hollywood, if you want to make a gay-themed dark and depressing television series, which is commonplace today, make your own series--with your own format and characters and title. Walker is a rotten ripoff, designed to make money for rotten people, and it is designed to push communism and socialism through a former hit product. You should run from Walker.
Hey, Kari Lizer is back on TV. So what, I say! In the 1980s, Kari Lizer was a regular performer on Matlock, as a secretary. Later, she ended up on the production team of Will & Grace for a bunch of years, pushing gay and lesbian stuff continually. Now, Kari Lizer is the creator and executive producer of Call Your Mother, which was given a debut on ABC-TV on January 13, 2021. Kyra Sedgwick is the main performer in the weekly sitcom, and I use the term "sitcom" lightly. The first episode of the series came off as a flat affair; for example, the laugh track was flat, and many of the young performers came off a dull and looked as if they were doing staged moves, and the kids looked stiff. The best performer (sort of) was the guy who played the landlord. And, yes, there is a gay character, and, in this case, it is a black gay guy. I found there is no reason to see the characters again, and I would not call that mother.
In my document entitled A Report that Shows the International Election Fraud Operation that was run during the Election in the United States of America on November 3, 2021 (which can be reached through this Fraud link), I show the timeline (from The New York Times) related to U.S. President Donald J. Trump's speech and the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. My information proves the speech did not motivate people at the speech site to storm the Capitol, since the storming took place way before the speech was over and people at the speech site could have initiated the rioting, and the document shows that the second impeachment of U.S. President Donald J. Trump was a highly rushed event, in which no real defense was allowed to be presented. I state that the timeline from a report of the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives is defective! Officially, it was on January 13, 2021, that the U.S. House of Representatives impeached U.S. President Donald J. Trump again, and on January 14, 2021, the gals of The View then pushed crap and lies about the impeachment to people all over the country, but that is what you get from little girls, such as Sunny, Sara, Meghan, and Whoopi, who are only actresses and such (fluff people); by the way, Sunny pushed out the idea that the U.S. Senate must get Donald J. Trump out of office, though her statements were based on a big lie about the riot, and she pushed the idea that Donald J. Trump was involved in "fascism" and fascist behavior on January 6, 2021. Because of what happened through the second impeachment event, an impeachment can now happen for almost any piss-ass little reason, and that is what the Democrats and a few Republicans did--screwed up the country greatly--and it was pushed along more by the idiot girls of The View and guests, such as Cindy McCain (the former wife of U.S. Senator John McCain, who for years had supported communistic and socialistic ways for the country).
At 8:30 p.m. (Detroit time) on Thursday, January 14, 2021, NBC-TV aired another episode of Superstore. The episode was about racism, black reparations, and pizza. It was a hideous piece that was supposed to be a sitcom with fun and comedy. It was highly ugly and highly political, pushing shit from communists and hard-line socialists (the Democrat Party). The episode was enough to make a good person hate all the people involved in making it!
And so you think a Democrat would not stab you in the face with a knife. You had better come to understand the nature of the Democrat, especially all the politicians. On January 15, 2021, someone put on a video clip of a Fox News Channel show on YouTube that featured four persons talking, and one of the persons was Harold Ford Jr. (a Democrat), who had been in the U.S. Congress from 1997 to 2007. The video is entitled "A Democrat openly having Mao Zedong portrait on live TV". Mao Zedong was the leader of communist China in roughly the last half of the 1900s, and Mao Zedong killed millions of Chinese to stay in power and have communistic rule for the country. In the video on YouTube, there is a fireplace off to the left (the viewer's perspective) and to the back of Harold Ford Jr., and it is the rule that, if a portrait of a person is going to be placed above a fireplace, that person pictured is highly regarded by the people who put the picture up there, look at it every day, and live at the residence. Above Harold Ford Jr.'s fireplace is a portrait of Mao Zedong. And you think a Democrat would not stab you in the face with a knife.
In the 1950s, the true really big television special as a thing showed up in the country (such a thing had not showed up in the 1940s, since, for one, there had been no national long-distance-telephone-line systems across the country connecting, basically, all the networks and television stations). Max Liebman was known for making super specials in the 1950s, such as under Max Liebman Presents, but those small handful of shows of the middle of the 1950s (from 1954 to 1956), which were presented in color (but only in black-and-white to people without compatible-color television sets), only aired on one network. On Sunday, October 24, 1954, there was a super-super-big special on the air in the United States of America, and it was broadcast on four television networks (all the existing television networks)--The DuMont Television Network, CBS-TV, NBC-TV, and ABC-TV--and the event was a live two-hour special that began at 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). The program was called Light's Diamond Jubilee, and the program celebrated the 75th anniversary of the light bulb and Thomas Edison, and the special was produced by David O. Selznick (a famous movie producer). Some of the people who appeared on the entertainment program were Dorothy Dandridge (the super-cutie), Guy Madison, Thomas Mitchell, Judith Anderson, Sebastian Cabot, Joseph Cotten, Helen Hayes (the first lady of the theater), Walter Brennan, George Gobel, Lauren Bacall, and Brandon de Wilde. Now, I jump up to modern times. On January 20, 2021, most of the broadcast networks and some other networks broadcast a big-special, which ran 90 minutes, and it began at 8:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). The special was called Celebrating America, and it was supposed to be an entertainment special. What did it celebrate? Celebrating America celebrated communism! Or, really, it celebrated the darkness that communism is! And it celebrated Joseph Biden and Kamala Harris--communists. Taking part as performers in the program were the regularly known supporters of the communism and communists, and, for example, the show had Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Lady Gaga, Eva Longoria, and Katy Perry. Also taking part in the show were Yolanda Adama, Demi Lovato, Art Clemons, John Legend, Jennifer Lopez, The Foo Fighters, Kerry Washington, Justin Timberlake, and Garth Brooks (a country artist). By the way, since the 1980s, many country-music performers have come to embrace communism and socialism, or the country-music industry has become populated by supporters of communism and socialism, and since the 1970s--during my college radio days--I have seen it come to pass that, usually, music performers get to be big stars only if they support the Democrat Party. As a person should expect, Joseph Biden as the U.S. president and Kamala Harris as the U.S. vice president appeared. And that is how the entertainment industry has changed since the 1950s.
On January 26, 2021, a sitcom called Mixed-ish returned to the ABC-TV network, and it features Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tika Sumpter, and I do not really want to talk about that crappy show here. On that day, I caught the credits for the show, which had been preceded by an episode of Blackish. I saw the last few minutes of Blackish (or Black-ish), waiting to catch the opening credits for Mixed-ish. The episode of Blackish was a show for black racists. It talked about racist crap! It put down whites. At the end of the episode, I saw a white actor playing a pansy-ass/piss-ass white guy, and he said (while in a scene with Anthony Anderson) something like--"Racism is everywhere, and I have to recognize it.". The episode was teaching shit! If you want to see a black racist, look at (at least) Anthony Anderson, who plays the main black character on the series. Anthony Anderson's real personality shows through on the series, as it does on To Tell the Truth, which comes off as a black gutter version of the old series of decades ago. Anthony Anderson is no Alvin Childress.
Announcement for the novice again (reworked in March 2019): To get useful television-delivered news or Internet-delivered news, try Breitbart News Network (the history of which goes back to 2007), WorldNetDaily.com, Newsmax TV (which was started up in 2014), CNS News (which is on the Internet and which was launched on June 16, 1998), and One America News Network (a.k.a. OAN), since the entities do not blindly support Barack Obama-type people (communists, socialists, progressives, liberals, and Shariaists), as do CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV (Note: To learn about bad journalism, you might tune in to CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV from time to time to see how they differ from the better places mentioned). I note that Fox News Channel is evolving into a rotten channel, becoming like those that I have put down in this paragraph. If you are unclear of my intentions, I say in different words that you should boycott CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV and even now much of what is on the Fox News Channel and hope they lose more ratings and advertising revenues, since they are expendable, and it is time for you to find the guts to be mean and heartless and cancel them--since they are hurting you. In 2019, "The Drudge Report" was sold, and it should be treated as suspect for now. [Note: Everyone in the Democratic Party in the country is rotten, and the Republican Party establishment has shown itself to be socialistic and communistic within the last few years, and only a few of the rotten people tied to the Republican Party are U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie.]
Finally, it is here--a talk about Willie Bryant and television. Willie Bryant was one of the blacks who had television shows in Detroit in the early days of Detroit television, when many people got shows because they had talent and had a lot of experience. On February 4, 1956, Willie Bryant began to host a weekly television series called (at first) Rhythm on Parade, which also became known as The Willie Bryant Show (such as in television listings) The program aired at 12:30 a.m.. The program, which lasted till early May 1956, was a musical variety show. Here are some of the guests who appeared on the series--Earl Bosta, Ronnie Gaylord, Bobbie Bolden, Bill Dogett, Little Willie John, The Orioles, Della Reese, Kid Williams, Jimmy Mitchell, Big Maybelle, Bill Farrell, Kenny Burrell, Nappy Brown, The Ravens, Candy Johnson (of Candy Johnson & His Peppermint Sticks), Lena Gordon, Jeff Clay, T. Bone Walker, Lonnie Satton, Lester Young, Roy Hamilton, Al Hibbler, James Moody, Harold Barrage, Pat Flowers, The Sweethearts, and Andy Williams. Maybe, you know none of the names. For many years, Ronnie Gaylord was a member of The Gaylords, such as with Burt Holiday (a.k.a. Ron L. Fredianelli), and The Gaylords (or originally The Gay Lords) were based in the Detroit area for many years, and they did commercials and such. T. Bone Walker was nationally famous. Decades later, Della Reese, who appeared on several television shows as a guest in the Detroit area in the 1950s, went on to be nationally known, and, for instance, she played a regular character in the famous broadcast network television series called Touched by an Angel (with Roma Downey) from 1994 to 2003. I have no proof, but it looks as if people who made appearances at clubs of the Detroit area, coming from other places in the country, got booked to be on the show. Andy Williams began a long run on network television (with short breaks off the air) with a series called The Andy Williams Show in July 1958. Generally speaking, a number of the performers were famous in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s (as you can see by having fun doing a little research about the persons that I have listed). The television program was sponsored by Jefferson Chevrolet. Today, the name "Jefferson Chevrolet" still exist. I did a little tracking work. In advertisements of the Detroit Free Press, I can find "Jefferson Chevorlet" exiting as far back as the 1930s, having locations at 11124 East Jefferson, 855 Mack, and 8515 Mack, and over the years, it had various other locatsions, such as 2995 East Jefferson, 2257 East Jefferson, 2287 East Jefferson, 2222 East Jefferson, and 149855 Livernois, and, really, it was commonplace for the entity to have several locations at the same time. I also did a rough tracking job to discover some of Willie Bryant's history, and I present some here, though far from detailed, and to get a good look at Willie Bryant, you will have to see books and a lot of articles for yourself. In January 1926, Willie Bryant was one of the performers of a theater show called Rompin' Thru at the Grand Theatre in Chicago, and the show was headlined by the Whitman Sisters. Willie Bryant, who started out as a dancer, was appearing as a headliner in Philadelphia in September 1934. In January 1935, Willie Bryant headlined a band, and he and the band made a first broadcast on the NBC Radio Network through WEAF-AM. In February 1935, Willie Bryants (whose full name was William Stephens Bryant Jr.) was at the Harlem Opera House in New York. Willie Bryant and the band members were involved in a bus accident on the way from Pittsbugh (Pennsylvania) to Harlem in May 1935. His wife--Lillian--filed for divorce in December 1939. In December 1941, Willie Bryant was headlining at the Apollo Theatre in New York. When January 1942 started, Willie Bryant was already known for being in such shows as The Harlem Amateur Show and Mamba's Daughters (appearing with Ethel Waters) Willie Bryant was known as an emcee (or M.C.) by the 1940s, and, in fact, he was considered the "Ace of Emcees." During World War II, he did shows for the American troops, such as in the Caribbean sector, and in 1944, he did complain about the War Department's not having more blacks in shows. After the war, he continued performing, and he did radio shows, such as on WMCA-AM. Around July 1953, he was considering a run for the city council in New York as a Democrat, while already being thought of as the unofficial Mayor of Harlem. Around 1956, Willie Bryant was appearing at the Flame Show Bar in Detroit, and he was married to Patricia Bryant then, and around the time (starting in April 1956), he was doing a radio show for the ABC Radio Network (on Monday nights and Saturday evenings), which came from the Flame Show Bar. Willie Bryant was in a film called Keep Punching (of 1939) and a syndicated television show called Showtime at the Apollo (of 1955), and he was in a 1949 television series for CBS-TV*. Willie Bryant died in February 1961.
* = The Willie Bryant story gets continued here. In the fall of 1949, Willie Bryant began to host (as "M.C." or "emcee") a variety show for CBS-TV with an all-black cast and with black guest performers. Newpapers around the country reported in television listings that the title was Harlem Jubilee for the debut episode on Tuesday, September 13, 1949, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern time), and some of the guests were Louis Armstrong, Harry Belafonte, and Juanita Hall. I have a book, which I have had since the 1980s, that is called The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network TV Shows 1946-Present, which was published in 1979 and was written by Tim Brooks and Earle Marsh (and there were later versions). On page 598 of that book, under Sugar Hill Times, there is information about Willie Byrant's series--"...It aired three times as a full-hour show, and each time had a different title; premiering as Uptown Jubilee, changing to Harlem Jubilee, and finally settling on Sugar Hill Times, the title was also used during its two half-hour telecasts on October 6 and 20....". That information seems to be wrong. Television listings in newspapers across the country first had Uptown Jubilee for the showing of Tuesday, September 20, 1949, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), and on this night, the show faced Milton Berle's show of NBC-TV for the first time as competition--Milton Berle was back for a new season in Texas Star Theater (basically, the number-one show in the country), and Milton Berle was a super-super-big draw. Some of the guests in the second episode for Willie Bryant's series were Avon Long, Dorothy Donegan, and Maxine Sullivan. On Tuesday, September 27, 1949, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern time), Willie Bryant's series was now called Sugar Hill Times. The next two shows--the final shows--were called Sugar Hill Times, and they aired on CBS-TV on October 6, 1949 (from 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern time)) and October 20, 1949 (from 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern time)). By the way, only the shows called Sugar Hill Times got shown in Detroit (by WJBK-TV, Channel 2, which was the affiliate of CBS-TV in Detroit). Some of the regulars on the Willie Bryant's series were Don Redman and His Orchestra and the Jubileers (six gals). I have to report that Harlem Jubilee may not have been used, and it may only have been an announced title; the first show could have had Uptown Jubilee, which was put on the show at the last minute or moment. An article in The Pittsburgh Courier for October 1, 1949, page 19, said that, at one time, the show was called Harlem House, but I cannot find that name in any television listings published around the country at the time. And I have to step in a knock down any attempt by any person, such as from a black radical or a black activist (a socialist), who might push the idea that the first two episodes of Willie Byrant's show did not air in Detroit because of racism. In the 1940s, WJBK-TV was an affiliate of the CBS-TV network and the Dumont Television Network (who were competitors), and before Willie Bryant's show (of CBS-TV) was created, WJBK-TV (in Detroit) was airing Court of Current Issues (from the Dumont Television Network) on Tuesdays from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. Court of Current Issues was a series on the Dumont Television Network from 1948 to 1951, so the series was at least somewhat popular enough for WJBK-TV to carry. To complete this section, I report that yet others who appeared on this 1949 series for Willie Bryant were Rogers (a comedian), the Charioteers, and the Chocolateers.
In the early years of Detroit television, such as between 1947 and 1957, viewers were given experienced people as hosts and main performers of entertainment television shows. For example, before appearing in Detroit, Johnny "Scat" Davis had done records and movies, and Doris Easton Travis (an elegant-looking woman) had been a Ziegfeld girl. Willie Byrant fit in well in 1956. Today, viewers get something-or-other news people as about it (shallow news people), such as an array of little-boy reporters and little-girl reporters, who stay for a few days at a station and leave it seems.

On Sunday, February 7, 2021, I paid attention to the broadcasts on CBS-TV in related to Super Bowl LV while doing various things, such as shaping parts for models of a former icebreaker on the Great Lakes--The Mackinaw WAG-83 (or The Mackinaw WAGB-83), which is a museum at Mackinaw City, Michigan. The block of programming began with The Other Pregame Show at 11:30 a.m. (Detroit time), and it was followed by an annual show called Road to the Super Bowl, and that was followed by Tony Goes to the Super Bowl, and much of the three programs was background noise for me. The Super Bowl Today, the main host of which was James Brown (who for most of the program looked like a black gangster while wearing sunglasses), came on at 2:00 p.m. (Detroit time). The pregame show was boring for the most part, often having people debating who was going to win. In the pregame show, Miley Cyrus (the gutter-looking lesbian musical performer) did two so-called performances, one of which was done with Billy Idol (who looked like an old druggy guy) and the other of which was done with Joan Jett (who surely has blown up and become ugly over the years), and the songs were bad. During the pregame show, there was a crappy segment about getting more women into the NFL positions and stuff, which featured a woman who never showed any pleasantness (looking like just another angry feminist, who thinks she should be able to do everything that a man can do). So what if there are few women in a man's sporting event. Women have what they have! A lot of the pre-game program seemed political, pushing the crap about coming together and inclusiveness, and there was black stuff that had no place for the show. For example, the show tried to drum up sympathy for Jason Pierre-Paul (a black guy playing on the Buccaneers), who it was said had a tough time growing up. Hold it! My mother died--after being in the hospital for about seven months--from a fungus attack on her nervous system when I was in first grade. I am sick of the hard-life-growing-up crap from football players and such! I do not make an issue of my mother's dying--and she died and did not "pass away" (as mushy people might say)--but I am not a piss-ass football player. There was a segment about black coaches, who, in essence, the program pushed out, as having "faced unfairness at every turn". Stick it! The presentation of the National Anthem of the Super Bowl on CBS Kick-Off Show was low grade. Of course, during the day, there were a bunch of so-called commercials, and because the makers of commercials are so busy pushing politics, a person cannot really remember sponsors' products. Jeep had a commercial featuring Bruce Springsteen, who has been a supporter of communism and socialism and political corruption for decades, and the advertisement was a political piece of the highest order; Bruce Springsteen, who worked to make it seem he was an American cowboy like those good guys of years ago because of his costuming, tried to sell the idea that people should come together with him--in the "middle"--but a good and smart person knows Bruce Springsteen is not a part of the "middle." By the way, I state--as I define it--the "middle" is anti-communism and anti-socialism and anti-progressivism and anti-liberalism and anti-Sharia and such [Note: I think of politics in relation to a wheel with spokes, in which good people--with the good beliefs related to life for other people and politics--are in the hub area, and out along the spokes are various others who are not as good as those at the hub, and the farther out toward the ring that an examination goes, the worse the persons can be, being, for example, communists out that way and socialists out that another way and white supremacists out yet another way on the rim.]. I do not think of life in relation to "right" and "left" on a line, which ends up putting crappy people out on the "right" where they should not be grouped. Yes, Bruce Springsteen wanted good people to join him--the communist. Stick it, Bruce and Jeep! Joseph Biden, who is now the U.S. president, is a big supporter of communists and communism, as he has been for decades, and for what seemed to be only five minutes (if that), Joseph Biden was interviewed by Norah O'Donnell during the pregame show, and it was a fluff piece, in which little new or useful information was passed along, but Joseph Biden did push out the shit that they (which included him) discovered in relation to COVID-19 and vaccines that things were "more dire than we thought." when we took power at the White House, nonsense used to put down U.S. President Donald Trump. The half-time show was bad, featuring The Weeknd (a black guy from Canada), and it was bad because it was bad, from the sound (which tried to help his voice it seems, which did not come off as clear) to the words, which could not be understood much of the time, and the production looked like a filmed and canned production. In relation to the game, I say that I was glad Tom Brady's team won, though the team does have some piss-ass guys (such as piss-ass black guys), since I wanted the NFL to be beaten up because of the deflation-football crap of several years ago, and the game proved Tom Brady does not need deflated footballs to win.
There's still seems to be time to catch a movie. I have another presentation of Looking at the Movies. This time, I take you to a time when movie hosts were commonplace on Detroit-area television stations--the 1950s. Between February 1951 and October 1956, Channel 7, WXYZ-TV, had a movie host known as the "Black Spider," and he hosted movies under the umbrella titles of Black Spider Stories or simply Black Spider. One of the first movies shown on the series was The Monster Maker, which was shown on Tuesday, March 27, 1951, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and, by the way, the series had various time slots during the run, ending up on Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m., blocking out an ABC-TV polka show from Detroit-area viewers. The Monster Maker featured such performers as J. Carroll Nash (who, by the way, played Charlie Chan in a television series of the 1950s), Ralph Morgan, Tala Birell, and Wanda McKay. It seems at least two guys played the Black Spider, and the guy who did it most was Irv Immerman (or Irv Immerman or Erwin Immerman). Another guy who played the character was Leonard Jaslove (who, between about 1946 and 1950, had been involved in theater at Wayne University, such as in the productions of Murder in the Cathedral, Time of Your Life, and King Lear), and some people say that Rube Weiss, who worked in Detroit-area television way into the 1970s (at least), also played the character, but I wonder about that, since Rube Weiss was "The Hawk" in Tales of the Hawk in the 1951-1953 period for Channel 7 (and people of roughly today might be remembering wrongly), and Irv Immerman was the Black Spider at least from February 1952 to the shut down of the show in 1956. For March 27, 1951, I do not know who played at the Black Spider, a character who would go down in Detorit-television history for hosting mystery movies, such as Bulldog Drummond's Peril, Bulldog Drummond Escapes, Bulldog Drummond's Secret Police, and Bulldog Drummond Comes Back, but, on the date, it probably was not Irv Immerman. By the way, a number of actors played Bulldog Drummond in movies for theaters. I have to report that Black Spider was not always a series that presented movies. There was also showings of episodes of old television series in late 1955 and early 1956, when, for example, episodes of a 1950 television series called Stage 13 were shown. Much of the middle of 1955 would have been a time for me to enjoy the movie series, since the movie series was usually on on Thursdays evenings, and the show aired Charlie Chan and Sherlock Holmes (with Basil Rathbone) movies, even though the showings were not the television debuts for those types of movies (which I still like to see today, such as on Television Drive-In (Channel 3.6) in Detroit). For now, you get The Monster Maker as a presentation of Looking at the Movies, and the movie can be found on YouTube.
[Note: For fun and to get a feel of someone watching a television of the late 1940s or early 1950s, you could get a photograph of an old-time television set (a table-top model, such as an RCA Victor set), blow up it up, print it out on a laser printer, cut out the screen part, and place it in front of your computer screen.]I have this note about Television Drive-In (which is channel 3.6 in Detroit). In January 2021, the channel began to have some new graphic segments. The new ones seemed to hint that that channel was called Drive-In Television. Old graphics stuff was still being used, and those hinted at Television Drive-In. So which is the real title?
And let me put this section in for the real guy, a type of guy who seems to be disappearing more and more every day in the country. By the way, I see a lot of phony tough white guys, such as momma's boys who talk like women, each day, and the black cities seem to have a lot of so-called tough guys or tough-looking guys, maybe like football players, but they are actually gutter guys and low-life guys, who speak like stupid boys. I was on YouTube recently, and I got exposed videos related to Pong's Kitchen and More (or simply Pong's Kitchen). For some reason, YouTube threw up the stuff on the screen, based on something-or-other that I may have seen earlier, or maybe YouTube simply pushed the stuff out. Videos related to Pong's Kitchen and More feature a young gal named Pong Kyubi, who is Vietnamese and does cooking segments. Pong Kyubi has long black hair, which must be about two-feet long. Hurray! Pong Kyubi has nicely rounded shoulders that look soft and squishy. She has nice skin. Pong Kyubi has big tits, and from time to time, a bit of her nipples show, since she often wears really, really low-cut tops. Her measurements are 105 cm (41 inches), 62 cm (24 inches), 110 cm (43 inches), and her height is 66 cm (or five feet, five inches). Pong Kyubi is a flirt, and Pong Kyubi is sensual, and Pong Kyubi works to draw the viewer to her tits (and the camera people help her), and Pong Kyubi is a natural erotic. I can say that Pong Kyubi has some meat on her, so she does not look like a skinny Asian gal with no tits. Pong Kyubi's food looks pretty, but it may not be enough of a meal for a guy who might shovel some 500 foot of lane in the woods after a six-inch snowstorm, as I have a tendency to do. But I would like to squeeze her marshmallows and make her smile. I hope this section pisses off a bunch of feminists. Oh, Pong Kyubi makes it easy for me to forget the gals on The Bachelor.
Remember: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan was a television show that was produced across the pond and shown on CBS-TV in the late 1960s, and I urge you to find The Prisoner on DVD, maybe from a library, and watch it, and you should show it--all the episodes--to teenagers, or buy it as a present for teenagers.

Anyone who supports the "mandate" is not a good enough person or a smart enough person to be the U.S. president--the mandate is "enslavism," and the "mandate" allows government people--who are often and usually bad people, as history shows--decide what health care a person can get, and that is bad.
