Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952, which is a federal law created by a U.S. Congress and a U.S. president, states--"...Whenever the President finds that entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate....". On Friday, January 27, 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump, based on federal law, issued an order to temporarily--temporarily--blocked persons from seven countries of the world, one of which was Iran, a country the funds violent terrorism, from entering the the United States of America, and the period of time was set at four months. A good person understands that the order issued by U.S. President Donald Trump was legal and right. On Friday, February 3, 2017, U.S. District Judge James Robart (of a U.S. District Court) issued an order that U.S. President Donald Trump's order could not be followed, such as by immigration officers. What the judge did was making a ruling that he had no legal right to do, given the wording existing in the "Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952. Then, even though what the judge had done was wrong and has no basis in real law, the Donald Trump administration went to the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit (related to the U.S. District Court in which Judge James Robart exits) to get the judge's ruling shut down, and on Thursday, February 9, 2017, the U.S. Court of Appeals--particularly a three-judge panel for the court--ruled that it would not strike down or throw out U.S. District Judge James Robert's ruling, letting the ruling stand. In essence, the three-judge panel noted that, for instance, aliens or non-citizens have the same rights as real citizens of the United States of America. That is nonsense and idiocy. By the way, the U.S. Court of Appeals also noted that the Executive Order made by U.S. President Donald Trump was racist (in a way) against Muslims, even though the Executive Order made no mention of "Muslims" and did not block Muslims from dozens of countries from all over the world from coming to the United States of America. The entire event shows off only a little of the rottenness of the court system in the United States of America and people tied to the Democratic Party in the United States of America (a communistic-type political party), and it shows that the country is ending up with a precedence in which the courts will be able to make law about immigration (and other matters) and not a U.S. Congress and a U.S. president, and that is bad--very bad for good people in the United States of America. Do you see how--now--a U.S. president, especially U.S. President Donald Trump, has been stopped from taking action to block bad people--non-citizens of the United States of America--from entering the United States of America? Only a shit country has such idiocy, in which anyone can enter the country freely! Then, on March 6, 2017, Donald Trump issued another legal Executive Order (having the legal right to do so) related in travel into the United States of America--it was another temporary ban on allowing people from only a few countries of the world in to the United States of America. On March 15, 2017, a U.S. District Court Judge named Derek Watson issued an order designed to block the recent "Executive Order" from going into effect, and a big reason for blocking the Executive Order was that Derek Watson felt the Executive Order was a discriminatory based on what Donald Trump had supposedly meant in words spoken during the election campaign of 2016 and not on what the Executive Order said in words, and I report that Derek Watson showed off his rottenness as a person through the order given, and a few hours later, yet another judge U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang) showed off his rottenness by issuing another order designed to help block the "Executive Order" from taking place. The two judges are shit-head people and are enemies of good people--non-communists and non-socialists and non-Shariaists. More idiocy related to the court system of the country showed up on May 25, 2017. On that day, Americans learned of a ruling related to the so-called "ban" by the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the ruling upheld two lower court rulings--it was ten judges (all of whom had been appointed by Democratic Party related presidential administrations) against three (all of whom had been appointed by Republican Party related presidential administrations). Here is only a bit on the nonsense from the court--especially the group of ten judges--"...The evidence in the record, viewed from the standpoint of a reasonable observer, creates a compelling case that (the executive order's) primary purpose is religious...." and "...Then-candidate Trump's campaign statements reveal that on numerous occasions, he expressed anti-muslim sentiment, as well as his intent, if elected, to ban muslims from the United States....". The rottenness of the ten persons is out of this world. The court is made up events and is made up of liars--Donald Trump never said he was banning all Muslims, and that is public knowledge, and Donald Trump did not show "anti-muslim sentiment". The court made its decision based statements not related to the "Executive Order"; the court made a decision based on its feelings. There is nothing good about the ten judges! Each of the ten is hardly a person who could be defined as a "reasonable observer"--there was no "reasoning" based on fact in any mind of the ten. On June 1, 2017, the Donald Trump administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to issue a stay (as soon as possible) on the recent lower-court action related to his travel-restriction Executive Order, and the administration asked for a full hearing on the matter. More rottenness showed up on June 12, 2017, from a court when it was made public the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (which is based in San Francisco, California, and which has been known for being a rotten unit of the federal court system) added more idiotic weight against the Executive Order about the temporary ban, and one statement of idiocy and rottenness from the court was--"...In short, the order does not provide a rationale explaining why permitting entry of nationals from the six designated countries under current protocols would be detrimental to the interests of the United States....". On June 26, 2017, the U.S. Supreme Court sort of reinstated Donald Trump's idea of a temporary ban (through Executive Order)--there were conditions noted by the U.S. Supreme Court, such as noting a person (from one of the six countries related to the temporary-ban order) could be blocked from entering the U.S. only if the person did not have "credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States....". It was reported by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 26, 2017, that a full hearing on the Executive Order would begin in October 2017.
Hate the courts and teach hate of the courts to children--the courts are the enemy of good people!

Since I published the previous edition of Television History and Trivia, I have not come across any new likeable and nice and pleasant television programs, so I have this for you. I jump to YouTube. On July 9, 2017, I was introduced to drum work by a young gal (teenager) called Sina, and it was YouTube offering of Yes-related material (I have been aware of Yes (the musical group from England) since 1971), and from time to time, I listen to some of the group's music on YouTube (since 1971, I have learned some of their political views are defective). The "Sina" video that I was offered was a "cover" of the Yes song entitled Roundabout. I then discovered she had over "covers" on YouTube and had performances with a band with which she has does some work. One video has the group with which Sina does drumming doing a cover of Go Your Own Way (originally made a hit by Fleetwood Mac). To see something different--a good young drummer--look up Sina on YouTube.
I report that every "Democrat" in the United States of America is a rotten person and is an enemy of good people--suich as non-liars, non-communists, non-socialists, non-supporters of Sharia (Islamic law)--and one proof of that showed up on, for example, television news channels on Monday, June 12, 2017. The Attorney General of the District of Columbia (Karl A. Racine (a Democrat)) and the Attorney General of the State of Maryland (Brian E. Forest (a Democrat)) came together and announced over the media that they were suing U.S. President Donald Trump, and their main focus was a violating of the "Emoluments Cause" of The United States Constitution (which is Article 1, Section 2, Clause 8). I state that it is a lawsuit that will waste money and court time, and it shows the rottenness of Democrats. Here is what the "Emoluments Clause" is--"No Title of Nobility, shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, office in title, of any king whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign state.". That quoted material means, basically, no one in government office, such as a U.S. president, may receive a title (such as "Sir," as in "Sir Sean Connery" in relation to England) or may receive any "present," such as direct money, from a foreign entity. The two "Democrats" filing the lawsuit are saying that because indirectly Donald Trump still has his name tie to, for instance, a hotel, Donald Trump is in violation of the "Emoluments Clause" because foreigners can pay to have rooms at the hotel, though, as it is publicly known, Donald Trump has no direct control of the hotel, having had to put his investments or investment portfolio in trust, as required by law. So, what you have is two rotten men--both "Democrats" (who stand for communism and Sharia and lying, et cetera)--start up a frivolous lawsuit. And that shows how even "attorney general"-type people can be rotten to the core.
[Note: It seems very likely your favorite newscast, if it is one that can be called a part of the main media, did not report how rotten the lawsuit is, and that shows the rottenness of that news entity.]On May 22, 2017, there was a bombing at a concert featuring Ariana Grande in England, and on June 4, 2017, BBC One (in England) aired a benefit concert related to the bombing, and on June 10, 2017, ABC-TV (in the United States of America) aired a highlights-version of the concert, calling it One Love Manchester Benefit Concert, which ran for one hour in primetime, starting at 8:00 p.m. (Detroit time). The highlights shows had such performers as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Cold Play. The event came off as a little-girl thing (a come-together-with-love thing), and even though the concert was designed to raise money for, it seems, the victims of the bombing, I did wonder what the concert was really for. It looked as if much of it was designed to make the so-called "stars" feel good--making them they feel had done something. Of course, their something had nothing to do with showing up the rottenness that Sharia (Islamic law) is, which was tied to the bombing. The product--as a show--was weak. For one, Ariana Grande is not a good singer; she is about a C-grade singer (she is just a lot of flash and hair twirling). Her performance of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," which was the last song presented on ABC-TV, was not very good, though it had been promoted by Ryan Seacrest (sort of the U.S.-version host) as emotional. Four days after the concert had aired live in England, a lot of people in England voted for communists and socialists in an election. And nothing was gained in England because of the concert is seems to me.
Simon Lythgoe is a rotten man, and he showed off some of his rottenness on June 12, 2017, during the first episode of the new season for So You Think You Can Dance--he purposely put politics out front, and he did it to attack U.S. President Donald Trump. Keep in mind--Simon Lythgoe is a foreigner, from a socialist/king-and-queen society, which is England. Near the end of the episode, Simon Lythgoe said while talking about having had such persons as Russians and Ukrainians on the episode--"...I get the feeling Donald Trump's going to ban this show....". Okay, let us examine what was said in relation to reality. First, the Ukrainians, such as those in the U.S., are not thrilled with the Russians (for a number of years, I dated a woman whose family had come to the U.S. from the Ukraine a little after World War II, and they did not like the Russians, and a lot of their Ukranian-type associates did not like the Russians). Second, one of Donald Trump's former wives--Ivana--was born in the Czech Republic, and his current wife--Melania--was born in Slovenia. Slovenia and Czech are sort of in the area of Russia and the Ukraine, by the way. Third, Simon Lythgoe pushed out a rotten joke, which was tied to Donald Trump's work (through Executive Orders) to block for a while supporters of Sharia from getting into the U.S. easily--that was in relation to a handful of countries only. Simon Lythgoe's statement had no place on So You Think You Can Dance. When you see Simon Lythgoe on television, remember you are seeing a highly rotten man--a dumb-ass foreigner.

Announcement for the novice again (reworked in May 2017): To get useful television-delivered news or Internet-delivered news, WorldNetDaily.com, "The Drudge Report," and CNS News (which is on the Internet and which was launched on June 16, 1998), since the entities do not blindly support Barack Obama-type people (communists and Shariaists), as do CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV (Note: To learn about bad journalism, you might tune in to CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV from time to time to see how they differ from the better places mentioned). I note that Fox News Channel is evolving into a rotten channel, becoming like those that I have put down in this paragraph. If you are unclear of my intentions, I say in different words that you should boycott CNN, MSNBC, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, and ABC-TV and even now much of what is on the Fox News Channel and hope they lose more ratings and advertising revenues, since they are expendable, and it is time for you to find the guts to be mean and heartless and cancel them--since they are hurting you. [Note: Everyone in the Democratic Party in the country is rotten, and the Republican Party establishment has shown itself to be socialistic and communistic within the last few years, and only a few of the rotten people are U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, U.S. Senator John McCain, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie.]
In T.H.A.T. #157, I talked about Channel 33.4 (broadcast), which is related to WHPR-TV, and I noted that it was now airing Holyfield Black TV network (or channel). That did not last long. Holyfield Black TV is off Channel 33.4. Since Holyfield Black TV disappeared, Channel 33.4 has had "MOVEE4U" as the product (channel)--sometimes. "MOVEE4U" is on for a few days, then off, then on (there are days when the channel is blank). For the moment, I know MOVEE4U has existed since November 2014, such as on Channel 24.3 (which is related to WPVN-TV) in Chicago.
On June 23, 2017, I stumbled upon a useless local news production (a special) on Channel 4.1, WDIV-TV. It was called The White Boy Rick Story. It was a story about Rick Wersher Jr., who has been in prison for nearly 30 years and who was about to go through a parole hearing; he had been put in prison for cocaine possession and whatever when he was 17 years of age. The program was just a bunch of crap that had no value for a television viewer, and it was hosted by Devin Scillian (the Cuba lover), Kimberly Gill, and Kevin Dietz.
On May 19, 2017, a special event was held at the Detroit Opera House, and it was a salute to the man who had been the driving force for the Michigan Opera Theatre for decades--Dr. David DiChiera. On June 30, 2017, WTVS-TV, Channel 56.1, aired portions of the salute at the Detroit Opera House and aired in-studio interview segments under the title A Grand Salute to David DiChiera (which was under the umbrella title called Detroit Performs). The program was a lack-luster affair, and some time was wasted showing useless garbage from the event of May 19, 2017. For instance, during a segment in which former U.S. Senator Carl Levin (who is a Democrat related to Michigan) was giving a speech about David DiChiera, Carl Levin pointed out some people in the audience--Debbie Stabenow (a Democrat and a U.S. Senator related to Michigan), Debbie Dingell (a Democrat and a U.S. Representative related to Detroit, Michigan), and Gary Peters (a Democrat and a U.S. Senator related to Michigan). Instead of showing off more performances from the event of May 19, 2017, the producers of the special thought it was important for the television audience to see Carl Levin and the salute to his communistic buddies Debbie, Debbie, and Gary. No "Republican" was promoted on the television special. The type of friends that you have show off your true nature, and the events for David DiChiera showed off the true nature of David DiChiera. By the way, Fred Nahhat was the host for the local special (he is someone whom I have shown up in the past to be rotten).
Television has really gone to crap since the 1960s or so, and some persons who have led the way have been Jerry Springer, Sally Jesse Raphael, Montel Williams, and "Dr. Oz" (whose shows can seem like they are out of fiction), who are known as famous daytime syndicated talk-shows hosts). On July 6, 2017, I happened to catch much of The Dr. Oz Show, deciding to, having seen a promotional announcement saying that Sally Jesse Raphael, Jerry Springer, and Montel Williams were to be Dr. Oz's guests on that day. I know all the persons have been pushers of ignorance and nonsense and foolishness on television, and fortunately for America, Sally Jesse Raphael and Montel Williams are no longer regularly seen on daytime television across the country "Stupid"--that is what Jerry Springer said on Dr. Oz's show about Jerry Springer's show. I stated that Jerry Springer really defined what the group has been regularly known for. By the way, on July 6, 2017, another guest for Dr. Oz was a woman called "The Motorcycle Medium" (who pushed along idiocy, such as by reading minds) The group of television talk-show hosts have been known for doing programs about rape, murder, incest, drug abuse, sexual abuse, mud wrestling, et cetera, and it has been commonplace for them to have guests who looks like creeps. Hold it! Missing from the program was Maury Povich, another famous daytime television talk-show hosts who plays to the gutter audience on a daily basis, too. Dr. Oz pushed out the idea that his guests have done good over the years by helping people "get their lives together." Such crap that line was and is!
To see more crap, which your favorite television newscast probably did not report to you, see what Hawaii is involved with by looking at my document informally called Idiot Thought, the Hawaii portion of which covers the topic known a "universal basic income," which is the idea that a government, such as the U.S. government, should give people a basic regular paycheck for simply being alive. I believe every PBS-associated station in the country publishes a program guide, but I may be wrong. I know WTVS-TV, Detroit (Michigan), has Signal, and WCMU-TV, Mt. Pleasant (Michigan), has The Guide, both of which I see regularly. Let me point out some nonsense in The Guide for July 2017, and the nonsense to which I am referring is on page something-or-other--there are no page numbers, but I am talking about the page that has most of the listings for Saturday, July 29, 2017. On that page is something with a heading like "NINE REASONS TO LOVE PBS" (but the "love" is actually a "heart" graphic). There are nine blocks with text. Remember--The theme is "reasons to love PBS." Look at one block. It has "Public Broadcasting is one of America's best investments". I ask--What does that have to do with loving PBS? Should I love it because I have to pay for i? Another block has--"Watched by 82% of TV households". How does that fit in with reasons to love PBS? Try this set of text (which is roughly quoted actually, since I cannot make a "cent" character here)--"For every $100 of federal spending public broadcasting gets only 1 cent". What does that have to do with reasons to love PBS? Look at only one more block of material--"73% of voters are against eliminating federal funding for public TV". What does that have to do with loving PBS? The final material only states useless fact, given many Americans are stupid, not knowing PBS mostly stands for communism, especially in documentaries and news programs. I have to note that the final block presented here in this paragraph also had at the bottom--"(Republicans are against it 2:1)". Really, the promotional thing about loving PBS was nothing more than political nonsense, and, for the most part, the nine blocks of text did not even cover the theme or match up with the theme. It was illogical!
Recently, I did research about a former ship on the Great Lakes called The Joseph S. Fay. The ship was on the Great Lakes, moving such things as coal, wheat, and ice, from 1871 to October 1905, when the ship was torn apart and sank in a storm. The ship was called a "steam barge," since it had steam power, but it was not a "barge" as you might think of a barge today, which is like a flat floating vessel. The Joseph S. Fay was a sailing vessel with with masts and sails, and when it was built at Cleveland, Ohio, it was the biggest ship to be built at Cleveland. One thing I did was research the name of the vessel since there seemed to be confusion about what it was called. For instance, some people thought it was called The J.S. Fay. I was able to prove the name was always The Joseph S. Fay. A portion of the ship is resting on the beach near 40 Mile Point Lighthouse, which is about seven miles north of Rogers City (of Michigan), along Lake Huron. In early May 2017, that portion of the ship was more exposed than it had been in ages, and I took a lot of photographs of it. In this edition of Television History and Trivia, I have a ship movie to present in the segment called Looking at the Movies. The ship in the movie was a sailing ship. It did not sail on the Great Lakes; it sailed on ocean water, such as the Atlantic Ocean. The ship was called The Mary Celeste. The real ship called The Mary Celeste was originally a British ship, the history of which started in 1861, and it sailed for about two decades till it was purposely scuttled as part of an insurance-fraud event. One time period of the ship has been fictionalized over the years, and that time was around the time it was found sailing on the sea with no one left on board. The day that it was found was December 5, 1872. Over the years, people have speculated about what happened; for instance, some have said that pirates wiped everyone on board out. In 1936, a movie featuring Bela Lugosi was released called Phantom Ship, and it was one fictionalized story about what happened with The Mary Celeste. On Saturday, December 11, 1948, the movie was shown on television in Detroit for the first time, and it was shown on WJBK-TV, Channel 2, from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Bela Lugosi played Anton Lorenzen, who had previously been on the ship (having been put on through high jacking or a shanghai tactic) and who wanted revenge. A true known bad character on the ship was the first mate. The captain and his wife were on board. And there was the crew. One by one, people started to end up dead or missing. Who was the doing what? Other performers in the movie were Arthur Margetson and Shirley Grey. Dennis Hoey played Tom Goodschard. You might know Dennis Hoey, since he played Inspector Lestrade in "Sherlock Holmes" movies featuring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. Another face that you might know if you see the movie is Ben Weldon. In the movie, he played a prize fighter. During Ben Weldon's acting career, he often played gangsters or gangster-types. Basically, 76 years after the real ship called The Mary Celeste was found abandoned, a movie about the ship was shown on television for the first time in Detroit. The movie is the feature for this edition of Looking at the Movies, and the movie can be found on YouTube.
Remember: The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan was a television show that was produced across the pond and shown on CBS-TV in the late 1960s, and I urge you to find The Prisoner on DVD, maybe from a library, and watch it, and you should show it--all the episodes--to teenagers, or buy it as a present for teenagers.

Anyone who supports the "mandate" is not a good enough person or a smart enough person to be the U.S. president--the mandate is "enslavism," and the "mandate" allows government people--who are often and usually bad people, as history shows--decide what health care a person can get, and that is bad.
