At the website for The Hologlobe Press, you can find a lot of documents, and this is one of the newest. All the documents are offered to your for free. However, it is not that I purpose wrote the documents for you. I write for me first, working to see how corrupt the Democratic Party in the United States of America is, how corrupt some of the members of the Republican Party in the United States of America are, how corrupt many members of the media in the United States of America are, and especially how corrupt Barack Hussein Obama is, and I write for me first, since many members of the main media are lying about the corruption being done by many politicians in the country and purposely hiding facts about the corruption, and that is killing the country, pushing it toward an "enslavism" form of government, which is rotten. I have posted this document on the Internet to show up what the main media is lying about or is keeping hidden from the good citizens of the United States of America, those, like me, who communists and such would love to jail or kill, as happens in communist countries that exist today or has happened in communist countries that have existed in the past.
Before I present examples of the crap that many members of the main media are pushing on the American public or the crap that many members of the main media are hiding from the American public, I have to explain a little bit about me and about my researching skills. I attended Wayne State University, and during my entire time there, I was a member of a student radio station called WAYN-AM, and I did news work and disc jockey work, and I at various times, the station manager, the operation manager, the sales manager, and the general manager, and I built one studio and build up the distribution rack, and I cleaned and swept up, and I got a BA in radio-television-film, which involved, for instance, taking classes in writing for radio, television production, and television direction. Since 1972, I have gather about 150,000 index cards with information about television, and I do it to learn what television had been and is, and mostly the work had done to learn about national syndication and national programming, but I do have a section on cards that focus on Detroit television history, from the early days in the 1940s to today. Since 2008, I have been gathering information about a former Great Lakes icebreaker known as The Mackinaw WAGB-83 (originally The Mackinaw WAG-83), which was on the Great Lakes from December 1944 to June 2006 and which is now a museum at Mackinaw City, Michigan, and I have, if I only focus on the outside of the ship, more than 800 photographs of the ship and I have a document (in single-spaced form using WordPerfect) that is about 300-pages long that gives information about the ship and where it was and what it did, and my doing research on the ship has given me the ability to show up the bad work done in the book entitled USCGC Mackinaw: An Illustrated History of a Great Lakes Queen (written by Mike Fornes), and some of the bad things in the book are fifteen photographs that have the wrong dates, one of which is at least 15 years off, and I report that the book is rotten, especially given it is supposed to be an "illustrated history" of the ship. Now that you have the information that is presented in the previous paragraph, you can see that I am no next-door-neighbor blogger. By the way, you might discount some of my experience, especially if you are a communist, nothing that I did not get a degree in journalism from such a school as Harvard University, but I say that a person's going to a so-called high-class school, even if the person gets "A"s all the time, does not make the person smart or define the person as smart, since, for one, the person could have been schooled at a school that teaches lying and circumventing The United States Constitution and pushes for an "enslavism" form of government for the country, which Harvard University does. Based on research about television and news, Barack Obama and the Democratic Party, and The Mackinaw WAGB-83, I can report that there are a lot of ignorant people in the country, especially in what can be called high positions of government or the media.
Since April 2004, I have posted documents at the website for The Hologlobe Press that are called editions of T.H.A.T. (which stands for Television History And Trivia), and when you read later editions of T.H.AT., you can find a lot of examples of what the media, such as your "favorite television newscast," probably did not cover or lied about, and this document does not go back and pull up examples of the bad that the media did between April 2004 and when this document was first posted on the Internet (which was in April 2013), and if you wish see examples of bad done between before this document was posted on the Internet, you will have to see old editions of T.H.A.T.--now, you have examples that are tied to dates after April 2013:
So did your "favorite television newscast" or your favorite news outlet give you the story that I cover in this paragraph? On Friday, April 5, 2013, the federal government (the Bureau of Labor Statistics) released employment figures for March 2013. Generally speaking, the media reported that, from February 2013 to March 2013, the unemployment rate went down, going from 7.7 percent to 7.6 percent. A naive person might think that that is good news. It is not good news about the country when more details tied to the drop are revealed and talked about. Even bad news entities were forced to report that the work force dropped by several hundreds of thousands; for example, the Democratic Party-promoting Huffington Post said in an article, which had a deceiving headline, that the number dropped by 496,000, or it noted that 496,000 persons left the work force (Gongloff, Mark. "March Jobs Report: U.S. Economy Adds 88,000 Jobs; Unemployment Rate Down Yo 7.6 Percent." The Huffington Post, 5 April 2013, 8:36 a.m. EDT.). By the way, I know, if the economy were doing well, 300,000 persons to 400,000 persons--and not only 88,000 persons--would get jobs from one month to the next, given the population expands. The Huffington Post did not show up some bad that was reported by CNS News, which is a "conservative"-based news entity and supports The United States Constitution. In fact, on April 5, 2013, CNS News had two articles with information that a person should know about--"Black, Latino Unemployment Falls as Thousands of Minorities Leave Labor Force" (Cover, Matt. "Black, Latino Unemployment Falls as Thousands of Minorities Leave Labor Force." CNSNews.com, 5 April 2013.) and "Record 89,967,000 Not in Labor Force; Another 663,000 Drop Out In March" (Jeffrey, Terence P. "Record 89,967,000 Not in Labor Force; Another 663,000 Drop Out In March." CNSNews.com, 5 April 2013.). In the latter story from CNS News, it was reported that the number of persons out of the work force was 80,507,000 in January 2009, was 84,304,000 in February 2013, and was 89,967,000 in March 2013, and that means the number of people out of the work force is steadily getting bigger, and that is not good, and it was reported that since January 20, 2009 (when Barack Obama became the U.S. President), the labor force has become smaller by 9,460,000, and that is not good news (it should not be getting smaller). In the former story from CNS News, it was reported that from February 2013 to March 2013, the out-of-the-work-force number tied to blacks increased by 148,000 and the out-of-the-work-force number for latinos increased by 282,000, and that is bad for the country. If your favorite news source did not report the information about the job force getting smaller, then it is a defective news source, which it seems it purposely working to keep you stupid. By the way, some Democrats, such as "pundits" on television, were trying to blame the bad employment information on the "Sequester," which was a recent automatic reduction in the increase of spending by the federal government, which only amounted to about 44-billion dollars of some 13,000-billion dollars of proposed one-year spending, and such work to blame the "Sequester" for the increase in the number of people not in the work force should be seen an defective thought, pushed along by bad people. The Huffington Post, unlike the CNS News, suppressed information and kept information from the American Public, and, in essence, that is a form of lying. Lying is the way of the communist and all bad people!
Incidentally, Barack Obama and the Democrats (who are the members of the Democratic Party) have been lying for months and several years about the economy of the country, saying that the economy is getting better.
Many people are unaware of how some of the news that gets broadcast by radio stations or television stations or printed by newspapers comes from. In the 1800s, the modern-day wire sevices (or newswires) were started up, one of which was The Associated Press, and these news services (or newswire services) gathered news information and sent it to central news offices through telegraph systems (the systems involved wires between cities and had operators that transmitted the news through Morse Code), and the gathered information would be sold to subscribers (newspapers). In the 1900s, telephone systems became important in gathering the news, and radio stations arrived on the scene and ended up taking reports, and later television stations showed up in the country and ended up taking reports, and two prominent news services were UPI (also previously known as UP) and The Associated Press, and, by the late 1900s, The Associated Press was the dominate news source for national news reports and international news reports for newspapers, radio stations, and television stations in the country, but there was also Reuters, which was based in Europe (it had been mostly involved in providing international news reports). Today, The Associated Press is, in essence, like an monopoly in providing news reports to newspapers, radio stations, and television stations, and that is bad because it can, as a monopoly, get away with bad reporting, such as that in which news is withheld. In addition, since The Associated Press is such a dominate supplier of news, it can do something else that is bad--it can work to change the meaning of words to benefit its push to make a political idea that is bad become adopted as good. Now, every country as rules or laws about immigration, such as about who may enter the particular country legally and stay in the country, and people who violate immigration laws or rules are lawbreakers, and, with regard to the United States of America, a person who is in the country illegally is violating federal law, and that is why it is often said that such a law breaker is an "illegal alien" or an "illegal immigrant." For decades, The Associated Press has had a book--a "stylebook"--of recommendations about word usage and sentence style or structure, and during the week of Monday, April 1, 2013, The Associated Press made some changes to its rules, and it reported that, for instance, it would no longer use the term "illegal immigrant." A good reporter or person (who is not a reporter) understands The Associated Press made the change to make it seem persons--immigrants--who are in the country illegally should not be tied to "illegal," though they are violating federal rules and laws about immigration. Through the action taken by The Associated Press, The Associated Press showed itself to be working for political ends, which were tied to helping the Democratic Party push through new immigration laws through the U.S. Congress, which would, as hoped for by the Democratic Party, lead to a lot of "illegal aliens" getting citizenship in the country soon, though they had entered and stayed in the country illegally. By the way, later in the week, under pressure from an entity called CAIR (a radical Islamists group with ties to terrorist activities), The Associated Press soften or changed the definition of the word "islamist" (and to learn more about CAIR, you should see my document entitled Sharia Law, Shariah-Compliant Finance, Radical Islam, and Barack Obama, which can be reached by using this link: Sharia). Let me jump in with an aside. On Friday, April 5, 2015, I was at the public library at Cheboygan, Michigan, looking at microfiche reels that had old editions of the Cheboygan Daily Tribune on them, and I was looking for stories about The Mackinaw WAG-83, and, meanwhile, a friend of mine was meeting with a tax preparer. After I was done at the library, my friend told me about one thought that the tax prepared had--and this is a somewhat elderly man who had been involved in the tax-preparing business for some time--and the tax prepare believed the country was in economic trouble because Tax Party people were imposing influence on Republicans in the U.S. Congress and stopping the U.S. Congress from getting things done and moving the country forward. The man's idea is the idea of an idiot man. The federal government is, in essence, spending without limits--guided by all the Democrats and a few Republicans (non-conservatives or actually socialists or communists)--and the national debt is really somewhere above 70,000-billion dollars, and it is Tea Party-type people (who support the ways of The United States Constitution, which is supposed to put limits on what politicians can do, such as crash the economy) who are trying to get politicians to do what will stop the economy from crashing. Yet, the tax preparer was pushing the idea, which is a socialist's talking point, that the country was failing economically because of Tea Party-type people. Such idiocy the tax prepare believes, and it would not surprise me that his learning has been bolstered by the idiots that regularly show up on Sunday morning talk shows and try to teach their idiocy, such as that based on communistic economic principles, which are defective and lies about how economies work.
In editions of T.H.A.T., I have shown examples of the idiot thoughts of people on such Sunday morning talk shows as Face the Nation (of CBS-TV), Meet the Press (of NBC-TV), and This Week (of ABC-TV)--and, here, I report that, every Sunday, I can hear idiot thoughts come out of the mouths of almost all the participants of the round-table discussions (many of whom are communists or socialists (the latter of which are people who are soft-line communists), some of whom are Republicans who are actually socialists or communists, and a very few of whom have ties to "conservatism"). Yes, every Sunday, I can turn on my recorder, turn on my television set at any point in one of the programs, and hear idiot thought, and that is because the talk shows have picked, for the most part, people to be involved in the round-table discussions who are communists and socialists--low-level thinkers and evil people. On Sunday, April 7, 2013, I turned on the television set and turned into This Week, and a lot of familiar low-level thinkers were involved in a round-table discussion, and one of the persons was Paul Krugman, who is a man who gets respect from communists and socialist for the economic ideas that he promotes. I started the recorder, and here is one statement that Paul Krugman said (in relation to the theme of the moment "regulations" imposed on businesses): "...There's been tons of work on this. And what's holding small business back is not regulations, it's the fact that they don't expand...." I report that a business expanses when it can expand, such as when it is seeing more customers or when it thinks it can attract more customers, such as with a new product, and I report that, if regulations, such as new tax laws (some of which are like those in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, which are going to lead to all people having to give more money to the federal government and will lead to people having less money to buy things through their own choosing), are too stifling, businesses cannot expand, since customers have less money to buy things with and businesses have less money to expand. Paul Krugman in two sentences showed himself to an idiot, and he teaches that idiocy on a regular basis. Soon thereafter, Paul Krugman said: "...This is actually, this is core my problem with David's book, um, which is--'Yeah, we have huge debt numbers, but there's a huge misunderstanding of what those numbers mean. People look at the, the big, ya know, debt is three-point-six times GDP and say we're broke. The country has been living beyond its means. We need to pull back.' But that's not what it means. It's a little-known fact that the America actually earns more on its investments overseas than it pays to foreigners. Right? We're, we're not deeply in hock to the rest of the world. Ah, what has happened is that we've complexified our financial system. So, it used to be that Jimmy Stewart's bank made a, a mortgage loan, and that was it. Now, some mortgage originator makes a loan, repackages the loan, borrows money using those mortgage securities as collateral, so you can count the same debt twice and sometimes three times. So we have this overly complex financial system, which is why we need financial regulation to bring it back to simplicity. But it has nothing to do with excess, has nothing to do with zero interest rates. The big increase in, in, in debt took place during the years when interest rates were reasonably high. So this is a terrible misunderstanding. And again do you really want to raise interest rates in a deeply repressed economy?" The theme that Paul Krugman was addressing was interest rates, but he went far off track and brought in unrelated ideas. In roughly five years, Barack Obama has increased the federal debt more than all the previous U.S. Presidents had in total, and his overspending had nothing to do with interest rates (and, actually, interest rates have been low over the past five years or so). The idea of "investments overseas" has nothing to do with the federal government spending too much. The complexity of the financial system has nothing to do with the federal government spending too much. The mortgage-loan industry has nothing to do with the federal government spending too much. In addition, you can see that Paul Krugman pushed the idea that we need more regulations on the financial system--which would simply things (though it was only in 2010 that the super-big "Dodd-Frank" financial law (of at least 2,000 pages) was passed, adding a terrible amount of more regulations and rules to the financial industry). His idea is--more laws will simplify things. That is an idiot idea. In fact, Paul Krugman's entire statement--not all of which I analyzed here--was nonsense and crap. Crap and propaganda and lies are what the Sunday morning political talk shows--controlled by socialists and communists--push out on a regular basis.
[Note: I hope you noticed Paul Krugman tried to sell his a "little-known fact" idea to the panelists and viewers. There is no such thing the "little-known fact" that he pushed. For one, his statement as a whole made no sense. His "little-known fact" is a "little-known fact" that is defective to the discussion, and that is why it is useless information and a "little-known fact." I guess he tried to appear to be smarter than the others by bring up a "little-known fact" that the others and viewers would not be aware of. His idea fell apart in illogic, and that the "little-known fact" should remain a "little-known fact." (Vic note: I make this commentary--Every time that I see Paul Krugman speak on television, he looks odd, as if there is a mental problem with his mind that shows up in his mannerisms.)]MSNBC is a television network that is controlled by "enslavists" (such as communists and socialists), and on a continual basis, the network pushes propaganda and false information and lies about the world and the United States of America, and on a continual basis, the network shows before cameras communists and socialists and liars and such. Now, keep in mind--For enslavists who are politicians to control the people and enslave the people, the enslavists must have an ignorant populous, which means, for one, the enslavists must control the education of the people, especially the children, and to accomplish goals, the enslavists' work to make the federal government the complete controller of education so that the government can set all standards and curricula, which is all designed to make children, for instance, accept the government as always good and always working on their behalf; in the past, bad politicians have worked to make children hate their parents and see their parents as enemies of the state, as happened in Nazi Germany in the mid-1900s. In 2012, a woman named Melissa Harris-Perry (a professor of political science at Tulane University) began to host a weekend show on MSNBC, and around April 2010, the show was shown each Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to noon. During the middle of the month of April 2013, the network aired a promotional announcement for Melissa Harris-Perry's television show, and in the promotional announcement, Melissa Harris-Perry said: "...We have never invested as much in public education as we should have, because we've always had kind of a private notion of children--your kid is yours and totally your responsibility. We haven't had a very collective notion of these are our children. So part of it is we have to break through our private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize kids belong to whole communities. Once it's everybody's responsibility and not just the household's then we start making better investments...." Melissa Harris-Perry in the promotional announcement worked to teach nonsense. It is not your responsibility to care for everyone else! If you have children, the government does not own or children! Yet, Melissa Harris-Perry pushed the idea that it should be that you--if you have children--do not have control of your and should have control of your children and that the federal government should have ultimate control of your children. Those are the thoughts of an evil person, and, in this case, those are the thoughts of an evil woman, a pusher of enslavism (such as Marxism, communism, socialism, et cetera). And a good person can clearly see what MSNBC pushes, something that hurts good persons. [By the way, Melissa Harris-Perry's idea that Americans have never invested enough in education is nonsense, but that part of her comment will not go fully discussed in this document.]
I say that, generally speaking, most of the people working in the main media in the United States of America are rotten people--they are as a rule liars, and, in some cases, they are highly evil persons since they are consciously pushing "enslavism" on the country. At this time in history, a good person in the country--a non-communist and non-socialist--should give no respect to most of the people working in the media, and a good person should be aware only some of the truly bad media entities are The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, MSNBC, The Huffington Post, and I make that claim based my learning about the media in the country over the the last forty years at least. A good person must expect many of the main media outlets are filled with enemies of the United States of America (as it was founded, guided by The United States Constitution, which was designed to block fully or at least for a while crazy men and killers, like Barack Obama, from doing damage to the country).

P.S.: I have done research on the history of the newspaper business in the country, and I continue to do so, and while I do research on The Mackinaw WAGB-83 or old television shows on old newspapers (such as on the Internet or on microfiche), I am continually reminded how the newspapers have changed since the 1940s. Between the 1940s and about the 1970s, newspapers had a lot of stories in them, such as on the front pages, and since the 1970s, newspapers have dropped the numbers of stories that they print per page. In the 1970s, operators of newspapers wanted to, for one, make their newspapers look prettier, so they put more "white space" on the pages, which meant the could put less text on each page. In addition, since the 1970s, there has been a rise in newspaper people wanting to be "columnists" and dispensers of opinion and not be reporters of facts and data, and I think there has been a rise in the laziness of writers working at newspapers. If you get bored, go and look at old newspapers from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, and compare what you see with what you see in newspapers today (those that still exist).
