A country with a dictator-type leader must have a military that is loyal strictly to the dictator, and that means the military must be willing to kill citizens of the country, especially those who oppose the dictator, at will and without remorse, as has happened in such countries as Cuba and China, the latter of which is a country where, during the 1900s, tens of millions of Chinese were killed by Mao (the Chinese leader of the country and a communist). Politicians who wish to be dictators, such as those who define themselves as communists and socialists, are really people who like to enslave others, and that is why I call such politicians "enslavists" or "enslavers" and not define them through the vague-meaning words "liberals" or "statists," which do not elicit fear in people who hear the words, even when tied to people who are working to be dictators and practice their work in life, which is to enslave others. Barack Hussein Obama is an enslavist, as I prove in a numerous documents that I have available at the website for The Hologlobe Press. For Barack Obama to achieve the goal of becoming a world-renowned dictator--the dictator of the United States of America--he must change the U.S. military into an entity that is loyal to him and not loyal to The United States Constitution and the citizens of the country who support The United States Constitution, which is a document that was and is designed to block people from acting like dictators over the good citizens of the United States of America, and to change--and "change" is a regularly used word for Barack Obama--the U.S. military into an entity that is loyal to him, he must first remove head members of the military, such as generals, who are not strictly loyal to him and replace those persons with people who are loyal to him, such as in what sometimes can be called "purges." [By the way, it is commonplace knowledge that the members of the Democratic Party in the United States of America do not like the U.S. military has it has been for decades--loyal to The United States Constitution--because they do not control it or have it strictly loyal to the Democratic Party in the United States of America, which is a reason it has been commonplace for the Democratic Party to work to cut the budget of the U.S. military whenever possible, and I note that only when the U.S. military is loyal strictly to the Democratic Party and the ways of the Democratic Party, some of which are the ways of communism, will the members of the Democratic Party have praise for the U.S. military.] Once the military leaders are changed--and some changes have been made in the last few years by Barack Obama--those military leaders can be involved in making changes to personnel in lesser-ranking positions in the military, and those all the leaders can be begin to block recruits--potentially new soldiers and such--who are loyal to The United States Constitution from entering the U.S. military, especially since the United States of America has an all-volunteer military (people who are not seen as likely to be loyal to Barack Obama alone can be blocked from entering the U.S. military or at least blocked from ever getting in positions of power in which they might fight back against Barack Obama). On Saturday, April 20, 2013, a friend handed me a six-page newsletter (on three sheets of paper) from the Declaration Alliance, a prominent member of which is Alan Keyes, who, for example, has run as a candidate in Republican primaries for the U.S. Presidency several times, and the newsletter was signed by Alan Keyes. The newsletter was a recent publication, though it had no publication date shown, and it was designed to solicit money for the Declaration Alliance and to get readers to become involved in working to get Barack Obama impeached for "high Crimes and Misdemeanors," such as by signing a petition, and the newsletter opened with: "...We have a new report that Army officers who refuse to pledge to shoot and kill American civilians are being systematically purged from the U.S. military leadership by a faction loyal to Barack Obama! Published accounts attributed to members of our officer corps reveal Obama is telling American patriots that their services are no longer needed if they won't toe his warped line by swearing they will 'follow orders' to fire on and kill their fellow citizens...." I read the entire newsletter and noticed the newsletter did not contain real proof from the Declaration Alliance that Barack Obama is working to get people in the top positions of the U.S. military who would only be loyal to him. A later portion of the newsletter did say: "...While we cannot yet confirm this latest report about our officer corps, concerns over U.S. troops being given orders to fire on American citizens in the event of civil unrest have been circulating with increasing frequency as the U.N. New World order gains in ascendancy over our national interests. To our knowledge, this question first publicly arose in 1995 when hundreds of Marines at 29 Palms, California, were given a survey which asked the marines if they would 'fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government.' The survey was leaked to the citizenry because many marines who took it were shocked by the blatantly unconstitutional premises of the question. The U.S. military has since outlined numerous 'civil emergency' scenarios under which troops are alleged to be 'authorized' to shoot U.S. citizens -- and presently runs training exercises for such scenarios! In July 2012, these are specified in a leaked US Army Military Police training manual for 'Civil Disturbance Operations' dating from 2006. Similar plans were also outlined in an updated manual released in 2010 entitled FM 3-39-40 Internment and Resettlement Operations. The 2006 document outlines how military assets will be used to 'help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order' in the event of riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law. On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of 'deadly force' in confronting 'dissidents' on American soil are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a 'warning shot will not be fired.'...." The newsletter also had this text: "...DHS issued a scurrilous report, which was delivered to every law enforcement agency in the U.S., smearing pro-lifers, veterans, supporters of traditional marriage, those who believed in limited government and lower taxes, and other constitutionalists as potential domestic terrorists...." What can be clearly made of the meaning of the newsletter? Basically, it is somewhat vague on facts, such as those that show that a certain person was involved in being asked whether or not the person would fire on citizens or be loyal to Barack Obama over the country, but for the moment, maybe names of people who have passed on information are being kept quiet or secret by the Declaration Alliance so that the people who have passed on information will not get threatened by the supporters of Barack Obama. For the moment, I simply note that the newsletter exists and that it hints that the U.S. military might be undergoing a change in management for the worse, which, given what I know about the nature of Barack Obama, could be a good possibility (enough facts to prove the case escape me for the moment). A person who reads this document should watch for facts that show that Barack Obama is indeed clearly making changes to the military that will make the military loyal to him and not the country as it was founded (based on The United States Constitution). Remember: Alan Keyes should have contacts with U.S. military personnel or former U.S. military personnel way beyond what I could ever hope to have, and at the very least, information supplied through the newsletter should be kept in mind.
