The United States Constitution is a document that sets up the general structure of the United States of America, sets up the general rules about what the main parts of the government can and cannot do, and sets up ways in which a bad person holding the office of the U.S. President can be put out of office, and The United States Constitution is a document that lists what freedoms or rights citizens of the United States of America have, and The United States Constitution is a document that has been designed to block or hinder a person who becomes the U.S. President of the United States of America from becoming like a dictator, but The United States Constitution is a useless document if it not followed--either purposely and not--or if the people of the country do not uphold the ways and rules of it, and, certainly, if bad people twist the meaning of words contained with The United States Constitution so that they are not restricted or blocked from becoming like dictators, then the people of the country will be enslaved.
Let me show you four portions of The United States Constitution right away and give explanations related to the four portions.
Here is a portion of Article I -- The Legislative Branch; Section 8 -- Powers of Congress:
"The Congress shall have the Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay Debt and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
"To borrow money on the credit of the United States;
"To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with Indian Tribes;
"To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
"To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of Foreign Coin, and fix Standard of Weights and Measures;"Read and study the quoted material, and make sure to understand two points that I now point out especially here. You will see the U.S. Congress has the power to, for one, collect taxes, which comes about by making bills, which get passed along to the U.S. President to be either signed into law or not. And you will see it is only the U.S. Congress that has the power to borrow money, which comes about through the making of a bill, which gets passed along to the U.S. President to be made law or not, or you should see the process to start borrowing money actually belongs in the U.S. Congress and is not started by the U.S. President.
Here is a portion from Article I -- The Legislative Branch; Section 7 -- Revenue Bills, Legislative Process, Presidential Veto:
"All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose of concur with Amendments as on other Bills."Read and study the quoted material, and make sure to understand it is the U.S. Congress that creates bills for raising "Revenue," such as taxes, and it is not the U.S. President who can raise revenues, such as through some order, such as an "Executive Order."
Here is some material from Amendment 14:
"4. The validity of public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void."Read and study the quoted material well, and notice at least a few points that I now cover. The quoted material has "authorized by law," which refers to "public debt," which includes borrowing money. Around July 2011, the U.S. Congress was debating over whether or not raise the "debt ceiling," and by raising the "debt ceiling," the U.S. Congress would make it possible for the U.S. Congress to not cut back in spending and to put the country deeper in debt, and the U.S. President at the time--Barack Obama--was pushing for the U.S. Congress to raise the "debt ceiling" so that he can sign more spending bills, though between January 2009 and July 2011, Barack Obama through signature had already put the country about 5,000-billion dollars more in debt. Around July 2011, the part of The United States Constitution--the part in quotation marks related to the discussion in this paragraph--was being presented by Democrats as a way in which the U.S. President could, for one, raise the debt ceiling by himself and authorize more spending, which would be counter to the information presented in this document from Article I -- The Legislative Branch; Section 8 -- Powers of Congress of The United States Constitution. A person has to wonder--Why would the creators of The United States Constitution, who had recently escaped tyranny by breaking away from England in the 1700s, make it possible for a U.S. President to be able to circumvent the U.S. Congress and initiate spending by himself, as a dictator could in a country controlled by one person? The answer is they did not! I say that the part of Article I -- The Legislative Branch; Section 8 -- Powers of Congress that I have presented in this document does not get trumped by the material in Amendment 14 that I have presented. Yet, people seem to think Amendment 14 gives a U.S. President the ability to authorize spending or more and more spending without any restrictions, particularly the U.S. Congress.
Here is material from: Article II -- The Executive Branch; Section 4 -- Disqualification:
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."This quoted material shows that there are reasons for removing a person who is the U.S. President from office.
Here is some material from: Article I -- The Legislative Branch; Section 3 -- The Senate:
"The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath and Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice [of the U.S. Supreme Court] shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."This quoted material shows that, even though, as I have noted, there are ways to remove a person from the office of the U.S. Presidency, it is only the U.S. Senate that has any power related to removing a person from the office of the U.S. Presidency. Although the U.S. Senate has the power to remove a person from the office of the U.S. Presidency, it does not mean that the U.S. Senate will act on the power, no matter how bad the person who is the U.S. President happens to be; for example, if a person who is the U.S. President is a "Marxist" or "communist" (or, really, an "enslavist") and if the U.S. Senate is controlled by other Marxists and communists (or, really, "enslavists"), as it was in mid-July 2011, those in control of the U.S. Senate could initiate no action against the person who is the U.S. President, no matter how much the person who is the U.S. President violates The United States Constitution, such as by acting as a dictator and deciding to make a law--based on the material in Amendment 14 and opinions from law consultants who bend the meaning of words--that raises the "debt ceiling."
Notice some possibilities. If a U.S. President makes a ruling, such as "Executive Order," that increases the debt ceiling or authorizes more spending--without going through the legislative process involving the U.S. Congress--there is a crisis or a "constitutional crisis" since the U.S. President has violated the rules of the country, and if a U.S. President does make a ruling that increases the debt ceiling or authorizes more spending and if the U.S. Senate does not work to impeach the U.S. President, then the U.S. President is free to continue to work do daily duties. Another problem is if a U.S. President gets away with or is not challenged about make a ruling that increases the debt ceiling or authorizes more spending, a precedent has been set, and that precedent can lead to the U.S. President spending at will in the future by making rules whenever. If a U.S. President, who has created and filled a lot of czar positions with "Marxists" or "communists" (or, really, "enslavists"), each of whom is tied to the main parts of the government, and if that U.S. President can get the ability to make rulings about spending without the assistance of the U.S. Congress, the U.S. President can over time control the country as a dictator and make the U.S. Congress mute in matters related to spending money.
It is clear that Barack Obama is a perpetual liar and a con man and has a thug mentality and a defective mind, given, for example, that he shows support for other dictators (such as in Cuba and Venezuela), corrupted bankruptcy laws (such as in related to bondholders involved the Chrysler bankruptcy of about 2009), and signed by bad bills into law (especially the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, which I say was passed through illegal and unethical means and is unconstitutional).
Around July 2011, people were saying that August 2, 2011, would be a bad day in the history of the United States of America if the "debt ceiling" was not raised, since the country could not pay off due debts and would go into default, which was a lie, and even Barack Obama pushed the idea that if the "debt ceiling" was not raised that he could not guarantee Social Security recipients would get their Social Security checks related to August 2011. Around July 2011, I was hoping that the "debt ceiling" would not be raised, since the spending by the government had been running unabated or without the thought that there must be an upper limit, and I knew the country would not fall apart if, for example, the "Marxists" and "communists" (or, really, "enslavists") in the federal government were blocked from spending any amount of money beyond the "debt ceiling." Around July 2011, the complex question in my mind was--What will Barack Obama do if the "debt ceiling" is not raised and he gets blocked and will Barack Obama act on his ideas of what he wants the Amendment 14 to mean?
My analysis of Barack Obama makes me think Barack Obama will stop at nothing to continue what he wants to do--he is too close to his goal, which is yet not completely clear to me but is relatively clear to me--making himself a real dictator and changing the United States of America for the worse, a place in continual crisis and a type of place in which a few have the say so over almost all others in all matters.
Whether Barack Obama is motivated by high jealousy of others (such as anybody who is perceive higher in stature than he is) or by another reason or other reasons, which I will not relate here, such a sick and defective mind--that which is set on hurting millions of persons--Barack Obama has.
Get ready for more convoluted legal ideas and words from Barack Obama and associates!
P.S.: Some people have publicly pushed the idea of Barack Obama's using an Executive Order involving the 14th Amendment, which, really, means that they support having the President become like a dictator, and one such person is U.S. Representative James Clyburn (a Democrat related to South Carolina)--a far-left enslavist and a man who talks like a thug from the gutter. On Wednesday, July 27, 2011, U.S. Representative James Clyburn said in a press briefing: "...And so I would say, ah, to the President, ah, that, if that's what lands on his desk, a short-term lifting of the ceiling--ah, the debt ceiling--he should put it on his desk next to an Executive Order that he will have drawn up and with the same pen that he vetoes that short-term debt leaving, debt-ceiling extension, he should sign an Executive Order invokin' the 14th Amendments to this issue. I am convinced, ah, that whatever, ah, discussions ve, about the legality of that can continue but I believe, ah, that something like this will bring calm, ah, to the American people and will, ah, bring, ah, needed stability to our financial markets....." Besides speaking poorly, James Clyburn presents nonsense thought, especially the part in which he pushed the idea that the American people would be calmed by Barack Obama's using the Executive Order, though the Barack Obama would be violating the ways of The United States Constitution, and that shows that James Clyburn--a big support of Barack Obama--is a piece of crap of a man, as Barack Obama is.
