Okay, I begin this important and serious document by getting personal. My mother died in 1961. She died of a fungus that attacked the nervous system and brain. The disease was European Blastomycosis. She was in the hospital for about seven months, and I never saw her when she was there, because my father decided it was better that I not see her. Twice when she was in the hospital, doctors opened up her skull, because her brain was swelling, and they hoped to reduce the pressure in her skull. When my father died in 2006, I ended up with some family recipes, such as recipes for cookies. I have never used any recipes, which are contained on index cards in a file-card box. Maybe some day I will use a recipe.
It seems very likely to me that you have or have access to family recipes, some of which might go back for several generations. Maybe you have a recipe for your mother's lemon cupcakes. Maybe you have a recipe for your grandmother's molasses cookies.
Let me talk to women specifically here, though men should read this paragraph. It seems very likely to me you are very proud of your recipes, and it seems very likely to me you are very proud of the recipes that have been handed down to you from relatives of the past. It is possible you have shown off your recipes by making cupcakes and cookies from your recipes for public-school bake sales. It seems no one was hurt by eating your cookies or cupcakes.Hold it! Since January 20, 2010, the Democrats and bad Republicans in the U.S. Congress have been involved in increasing the power of the federal government over the individual of the country, as happens in communist countries, and one truly bad piece of law is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Yet, today, some people, such as the many ignorant people in Detroit--that dead city of the country, where, on November 2, 2010, ninety-four percent of the people who voted for a new governor voted for a Marxist (Virg Bernero)--are unaware how dangerous to their lives Barack Obama and his associates are, such as by their working to make the country a a bankrupt country or a place where the rules of The United States Constitution, which has had the purpose to blocking enslavers from enslaving the people of the United States of America, are being subverted. I will say in other words--A lot of people are too stupid to know the Democrats, such as Barack Obama, are purposely working to put the people of the United States of America under "enslavism," and that includes places like Detroit. Yes, some people are unaware the federal government is doing things that it should not do and the federal government is doing things that should be left to state governments or local governments or simply individuals or citizens (those not employed in government), and I have a big example here. On Thursday, December 2, 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill called the the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, which had already been passed a number of months previously by the U.S. Senate. For one, the bill reauthorized the Child Nutrition Act, and the new act did a number of other things, one of which was to increase the school dinner program to all the states (the dinner program had only existed in Washington, D.C., and thirteen states), and another thing the bill did was provide an additional 4.5-billion dollars to what money is already being used do all the things that the bill requires or pushes for, such as to eliminate junk food from schools. It all sounds good, though what is happening is the federal government is working to make more families dependent on food from the government (like animals dependent on the farmer, who might not be so nice some days), and what the government is doing--under the control of Barack Obama--is working to put the country in more debt and put the federal government in more control of what happens in the school, which should be a local matter (when schools take money from the federal government, they are beholden to that government, even when policies are bad, such as communistic). It must be made clear this new law sets down in writing that the federal government--or a federal agency--can control almost all the food that is sold or provided to children on public-school grounds during school hours, and the law could even affect bake sales, which means, for instance, the government could say whether or not your child is allowed to sell or buy cupcakes and cookies at school (and, by the way, there are people who are evil enough in this world to want to apply the rule, such as for spite).
The people in the federal government, especially the Democrats, the head of whom are Barack Obama, are out of control--getting away with violating the ways and rules of The United States Constitution!
I say that The United States Constitution has some defects--it lacks more ways in which the states or the citizens in a state can fight back against bad politicians, and let me show you some things that The United States Constitution should have or a constitution yet to be made that will be better than The United States Constitution is now should have.
1. An amendment that sets a limit of the amount of money that the federal government can spend each year.
Milton Freeman, who lived from 1912 to 2006, hoped the federal government would be limited in the amount of money it could be spend each year, and his idea was related to Gross Domestic Product (or GDP), and he proposed that the federal government should not be allowed to spend more than some percentage. In addition, Mark R. Levin, the author of Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto, has strongly supported the idea, such as by noting that he does through is nationally syndicated radio show, which is entitled The Mark Levin Show, during December 2010. I support the idea, too. What amount--percentage--is used has yet to be determined, but I say that it should be under twenty percent or maybe even down near fifteen percent. The percentage would have to be determined by people with more knowledge about the subject of federal-government economics than I have a the moment, such as Thomas Sowell. One problem that will have to be resolved is the exception that would have to exist for when the United States of America is at war, and what additional spending is done during war will have to be tied specifically to what might be called war spending.

2. An amendment that would allow a group of states to cancel out a federal law.
When the country was founded in the 1700s, it was the states that, in essence, created the federal government, and this idea is related to the topic of "federalism." Today, it is as if the states are beholden to the federal government and the federal government is not beholden to the states, the latter of which should be the way life is. Mark R. Levin has mentioned at least once on his radio show, one time of which was on December 2, 2010, that an idea that is likes--something proposed by someone else (a friend of his named Randy Barnett it seems)--is that, if a group of at least two-thirds of the states complete votes to repeal a federal law (in separate votes--that is, each state has a vote within the state), then federal law is canceled or repealed. For instance, if two-thirds of the states voted down the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act 2010, then the act would be canceled. This type of idea helps keep the people--the states--in more control of the federal government, especially in a time when it might be run by corrupt or dangerous people, such as people like Barack Obama, a communist and worse who managed to become elected to the office of the president of the United States of America through lies and through a highly corrupt media.3. An amendment that notes that the citizens of any particular state should be allowed to recall a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representative related to their state at any time.
People have lied about what they are and what they really stand for so that they can become U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives, and what can happen is once a person is elected by the people, who were fed lies and who had wrong information about the person, the person can do things as a U.S. Senator or U.S. Representative that are corrupt, evil, or dangerous and can destroy or harm the country. By the way, Barack Obama is a good example of such a person, though he is a U.S. President and not a U.S. Senator or a U.S. House of Representative. Currently, through precedence that has been set, such as in relation to court cases, the people of a state cannot recall a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representatives, and one reason has been because some argue--falsely and wrongly--that a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representative represents the country and should be subject to recall, though any particular U.S. Senator or U.S. Representatives is really beholden directly to the people of the state in which the U.S. Senator or U.S. Representative is tied to. The citizens of a particular state must have way to remove people--their U.S. Senators or U.S. Representatives--from office who are ill, have what seem to be ill minds, have lied about what they are, or have done things that the people object to. Remember: This idea does not give people of one state the ability to remove a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representative related to another state from office.4. An amendment that notes that the federal government may not bailout a state or a local government.
Because of the idea of "federalism," the federal government should not be allowed to use money--which is a collection of money from people and businesses of all the states--to bailout a particular state or local government. If states or local governments have the idea that they can be bailed out for having made--purposely or not purposely--bad policies and bad decisions, they will continually make bad policies or bad decisions. There can come times in a family when a father must take away a child's keys to a car or a child's privilege to use a credit card to protect not only the child but also the remainder of the family, which, in one case, could be related to over spending, which could put the family in big debt. There can come times when a state must be blocked from hurting the remainder of the country--it having overspent or made bad policies--and, for example, that is very true today in California--controlled by Marxists and other defective people--a bankrupt state (for instance, since 2009, California has had to issue "I.O.U."s to state employees, and it looks as if California will need to be bailed out sometime in the near future). Sometimes, a state--like a child--must be contained or isolated so that the remainder of the country or the remainder of the family is not harmed.If the country is going to be a better country, these four "amendments" should be added--through the proper constitution processes--to The United States Constitution. Over the last several decades, I have somewhat said in jest to a few people that the next best constitution for a country will be made by someone in space, because they will learn from the errors that showed up over the decades in The United States Constitution. Barack Obama has said that he thinks The United States Constitution is a "flawed" document, but his thoughts about flaws are not those related to the flaws that I see in The United States Constitution. I see The United States Constitution as a blocking document--a document that was designed to block enslavers from imposing enslavism on the people of the United States of America--but the document misses a few things that are needed to help block enslavers from practicing what they do in life. Barack Obama sees The United States Constitution as a document that does not make socialism and such defective policies a part of The United States Constitution, and one thing he pushes is the defective "Second Bill of Rights" (originally advanced in the mid-1990s by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, a socialist and a man who helped keep the Great Depression on the throat of the people through bad policies).

P.S.: I say--"The country should be working to get people off food-stamp programs and school-food programs and get out of telling people what they can feed their children!"
